Ashley received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Marist College and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University. She completed clinical internships in many different clinical settings including inpatient skilled nursing, neurological rehabilitation, and outpatient orthopedics. She has extensive experience in treating patients with diagnoses such as traumatic brain injury, stroke, low back and neck pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Ashley’s skills include manual therapy techniques such as functional joint mobilization and active release of soft tissue, muscle re-education, and creating an individualized exercise program to help patients quickly reach their desired goals. Her interests include running, fitness, and overall health and wellness.
